Travis spoke to the Philadelphia Police Explorers about achieving their goals in life in spite of any circumstances. The Philadelphia Police Explorer Cadet Program offers training to young adults ages 14 -20 who are interested in a career in the law enforcement profession.
Just like almost all youth, the youth in the Explorers Program face issues in their lives that can prevent them from attaining their ultimate goal in life. Travis empowered them to overcome those struggles and to never lose sight of their dreams of success!
